San Diego Loan Processor, Inc. will submit your loan package to your lender of choice, clear conditions, schedule closing, and maintain clear and open communications throughout the loan process.
 

Responsibilities:

The Broker/Loan officer

• Take the loan application
• Provide signed initial disclosures and all necessary documents
• Tri-merged credit report
• Identify lender, loan program and lock rate
• Order Appraisal
• Approve doc order form to ensure accuracy

• Verify documents, credit and disclosures within 24 hour
• Complete loan package and submit to lender of choice within 24 hour
• Order VOM(s), VOR(s), VOE(s), and VOD(s)
• Immediately upon underwriting approval or denial we fax you a copy
• Clear lender conditions
• Order docs-must be approved by broker/Loan Officer to ensure accuracy
• Overnight completed/funded file to broker’s office within 24 hour
