If in the unfortunate event, goods purchased from Finity USA Inc. are found to be faulty, they can be returned to us for replacement. Please fill in the RMA form; Once completed, fax this RMA form to us at (818)-337-7363. You will then be issued an RMA number and authorized to return to the goods to us.
 

Goods can be returned for replacement if the following criteria is met:

• Goods are still in warranty are received before the warranty period expires.

• Goods have an operational fault.

• Goods are returned with full packaging/software (as bought). Please note, we are willing to be flexible in these matters but the turnaround period for goods that are not returned with original packaging can be greater.

• Goods are not physically damaged in any shape or form.
   

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for goods returned to us that are found not to be faulty.
